Situated in the heart of Gascony, Chateau de Cassaigne has been a major producer of Armagnac since the eighteenth century.
The oldest wine spirit in the South-West France, Armagnac is obtained by distilling white wine in an Armagnac pot still and then leaving it to mature in oak casks over many years.
Renowned for its skill and knowledge, Chateau de Cassaigne proposes a range of blended Armagnacs aged from 5 years (for the youngest) to at least 20 years old. It also offers a unique collection of vintage Armagnacs dating back to the early 1940s.
Amongst the blended Armagnacs, some of the most exceptional include:
Armagnac ‘Réserve’, 4 years old or more
Armagnac ‘Vieille Réserve’, 6 years old or more
Armagnac ‘Très Vieille Réserve’, 12 years old or more
Armagnac ‘Hors d’Age’, 18 years old or more
In our shop you will also find a varied selection of liqueurs, crèmes, prunes steeped in Armagnac, Floc de Gascogne and gift boxes.
