The Château de Cassaigne is one of the most interesting places to be visited in the Gers. Every year around 50 000 people (individuals, groups, pupils, etc) stop at the Château and enjoy a pleasant visit.


The visit of the château

It is a guided visit made by trilingual guides.

• Arrival by the courtyard, main facade (XVIII century).
• Stop in front of an old " Armagnacais " still : explanations.
• Ten minutes’slide show on the Armagnac history and on the Château (englisk / French).
• Stop in the main ageing cellar situated in the ancient arms room of the château : explanations.
• Move the superb old kitchen of the Château with its famous vault : explanations.
• End of the visit in the tasting room, Armagnac, liquors, Aperitifs etc...
